Government has agreed to give a 5% discount for 2012 land tax which is fully paid via online and 50% discount on the total outstanding late payment fees starting from 1st January 2012 until 31st December 2012.

CHANGE OF TIME SCHEDULE FOR COUNTER SERVICES IN REGISTRATION DEPARTMENT

Starting from 1st June 2011 time schedule for counters in Registration Department will be changed to as follows:

Monday - Thursday:
8.00 am – 3.30 pm
Friday:
8.00 am – 12.00 noon
2.45 pm – 3.30 pm

Quit Rent Payment by Cheque

Starting from 2nd January 2009, Sistem Kutipan Hasil is limiting maximum 20 bills for one (1) check on quit rent payment.
Have you paid your quit rent? Please settle your quit rent before 1st June every year to avoid penalty and difficulties in any transactions.

Administration Service Counter will be open from 8.00 am to 4.30 pm.
Checking Counter and Land Tax Payment Services

Checking Counter and Land Taz Payment Service have been opened each day in the Revenue Department starts at 7.45 am to 4.30 pm.
