EFFECTIVE DATE FROM 23/8/2018
 

1. All applications/dealings for permission to land property has the benefit restrictions must be applied using a e-TANAH System only. Any 'manual' dealings will not be accepted.
 

2. For the Strata Title that has been issued, the approval granted under the Master Title is void immediately. Owners must submit a new land acquisition of the strata through e-TANAH System for the purpose of land transfer dealings allowed unless specific arrangements have been approved by the PPTG WP Kuala Lumpur.
 

3. The fee for each application / confirmation (CTC) is RM50 for each application / per title.
